Our initiatives include providing free, research-supported mental health education via social media and offering a completely free verified directory for clinicians such as Clinical Psychologists, Psychiatrists, and Psychotherapists, without listing fees or paywalls.
Role Overview
We are seeking Strategic and Clinical Advisory Board Members to support our expansion and uphold the ethical standards of our clinician ecosystem. This role involves lending expertise, high-level insights, and strategic guidance to our organization.
Candidate Profiles
- Executive & Governance Track: Current or former founders, CEOs, or board members from noteworthy organizations; senior leaders from NGOs, non-profits, or government agencies specializing in public health, mental health advocacy, or social impact.
- Clinical & Psychiatric Track: Licensed or registered Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Therapists, or similar professionals passionate about digital health ethics, maintaining professional standards, and broadening access to free mental health resources.
Expectations and Commitments
- Minimal operational involvement to accommodate busy schedules.
- Participation in 1 to 2 annual advisory meetings focused on strategic direction and platform standards.
- Occasional attendance and representation at selected industry conferences, community events, or sponsored gatherings.
Compensation and Benefits
- $120 per hour compensation for all advisory sessions and consultation meetings.
- All expenses covered for travel related to annual meetings or sponsored trips, including flights and accommodations.
- Prominent visibility as a trusted Board Advisor on MindFriend's website, public directories, pitch materials, and branding.
