About the Role
Become a part of the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB) in Queensland as an Advisor in Workforce Strategy and Insights. This role involves contributing to exceptional customer service, collaborating with skilled professionals, and playing an important part in shaping the future of Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist in the execution of workforce initiatives, events, and meetings that support team goals and departmental priorities.
- Design, develop, and facilitate training content while overseeing the administration of the department's Learning Management System (LMS).
- Produce high-quality written outputs such as briefing notes, reports, presentations, and other documents supporting workforce strategy projects.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide status updates to support effective project reporting.
- Offer logistical and facilitative support during events and meetings, including setup and troubleshooting as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to organize and manage multiple programs, events, and meetings efficiently.
- Experience in creating and delivering training resources aligned with organizational objectives.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for preparing detailed reports and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster productive partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
