Togetherhood is creating a dynamic marketplace connecting passionate educators with schools and communities eager for enrichment activities. We offer opportunities in diverse fields such as arts & crafts, skateboarding, breakdancing, and unique STEM programs inspired by themes like Harry Potter. We aim to bring high-quality enrichment and education to every community, supporting instructors who want to share their skills and enthusiasm with children ready to learn and grow.

Application Process
- Submit a resume highlighting your relevant teaching experience.
- If you do not have formal teaching experience, include any other pertinent background or training in the application questionnaire.
- Those interested in after school assistant roles can inquire further through provided resources.
Selection Steps
- Initial resume screening followed by a Google Meet interview.
- Successful candidates participate in a second video interview requiring a sample lesson plan presentation.
- Onboarding onto our platform to begin accepting classes.

Payment and Contract Details
Instructors are compensated per class through a contracted, supplemental 1099 arrangement. Pay is either a flat fee or per student, as determined by the partner school. A separate budget is provided for instructional materials when required.
