Role overview

This position is focused on managing customer collections and supporting the accounts receivable process for a technology-enabled revenue cycle management company. The role is based in Bengaluru and sits within a global healthcare RCM setup.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with customers to help ensure payments are received on time.
• Keep financial records and reporting data accurate and up to date.
• Work alongside the sales team to support collection approaches and recovery efforts.
• Handle customer orders and invoice processing.
• Track accounts receivable ageing and complete reconciliations as needed.
