Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Account Manager to oversee integrated FM services across multiple sites in the West and South of Ireland. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary between 60,000 and 80,000. The ideal candidate will combine a strong technical foundation with exceptional client management skills, leading teams and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective delivery of both hard and soft FM services over a multi-site portfolio.
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to guarantee superior service.
- Drive operational excellence, enforce compliance, and champion continuous improvements within engineering and facilities operations.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and profit & loss accounts, while identifying growth opportunities in contracts.
- Lead and develop operational teams, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Support contract mobilisations, service transformations, and capital projects, encouraging innovation and adoption of best practices.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience managing technical services or integrated FM contracts, including engineering teams.
- Solid understanding of hard and soft facilities management, asset management, and maintenance planning.
- Proven ability to handle large operational teams and maintain senior client relationships.
- Commercially savvy with experience in budget control, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Track record of enhancing operational performance and growing client accounts.
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or related fields preferred, alongside professional accreditations such as IWFM, IOSH, CIBSE, IET, or NEBOSH.
