Job Overview
Pranavam Solutions Private Limited is seeking an Account Assistant to join their team in Kochi, Kerala. This role is focused on supporting account management activities and ensuring accurate financial documentation and communication.
Core Duties
- Compose communications for customers including standard replies.
- Create tailored monthly reports on market share performance.
- Support Account Managers with account reconciliations for key clients.
- Maintain manual records of employee claims at the State Office.
- Gather and organize data regarding customer complaints and satisfaction surveys.
- Assist with upkeep of quarterly and monthly end-use certificates.
- Manage documentation related to vendor payments.
- Carry out additional assignments given by territory or customer staff as required.
Qualifications and Skills
