About the Role

We are offering a remarkable opportunity within our UK North or UK South divisions for a 4D Planner. This position supports both Buildings and Civils projects based in the UK North region, with work locations in either the Solihull or London offices. The successful candidate will champion 4D Planning techniques across the company, serving as a subject matter expert on 4D methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain 4D models across all project phases.
  • Promote the technical and cultural use of 4D Planning within the organization.
  • Manage and develop project information critical to the 4D process.
  • Conduct regular team workshops to oversee and advance the 4D model's evolution.

Candidate Requirements

  • A relevant construction degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in 4D Construction Planning software, specifically SYNCHRO Pro.
  • Experience with at least one 3D Modelling package, preferably Autodesk Suite.
