Role Description

We are seeking a full-time 3D Architectural Visualiser to work remotely. The successful candidate will transform CAD and BIM inputs into detailed 3D models and 4D construction animations that illustrate project sequences and site logistics accurately. Daily responsibilities include creating architectural and structural models, establishing scenes with appropriate lighting and textures, and producing high-quality rendered images and animations. Collaboration with project managers, engineers, and designers is essential to ensure the visual output aligns with construction methods and client requirements. The role involves refining visuals according to feedback, meeting deadlines, and maintaining organized libraries of assets and project documentation.

Candidate Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in 3D modeling and visualization, especially for architectural environments, including mastery of materials, lighting, and rendering techniques.
• Experience with industry-standard 3D software such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent, along with proficiency in render engines like V-Ray, Corona, or Arnold.
• Competence in handling CAD and BIM data, using software such as AutoCAD and Revit to import and interpret complex technical details.
• Skills in animating construction sequences or logistics presentations, involving camera and object animations as well as timeline management.
• A strong sense of visual storytelling and design, capable of clearly and engagingly conveying complex construction workflows.
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and capability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a remote setting.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across various regions.
• Educational background or professional training in architecture, visualization, animation, or related disciplines; experience in construction or architectural visualization is a plus.

Additional Requirements

Applicants must reside in the UK and present a portfolio demonstrating architectural visualization work. Portfolios focused on gaming, character modeling, or interior visualisation will not be considered.
