Internship Role and Responsibilities

The telecalling intern will actively engage in daily tasks involving initiating outbound calls to prospective clients to promote the company's products or services. The role includes managing both inbound and outbound customer communications, addressing queries, offering relevant information, assisting with price details and basic troubleshooting. The intern will also be responsible for skillfully pitching offerings, handling objections, and converting leads into confirmed appointments or sales. Accurate documentation is key, requiring regular updates of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM platform. Performance metrics like daily call quotas, lead creation, and sales targets must be met or surpassed.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be prepared for a full-time, on-site internship and available to begin between July 25, 2026, and August 29, 2026. The commitment duration is six months. Candidates should possess relevant skills and a keen interest in the role.
