Role overview
This internship is for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) intern who will support domain-specific work by bringing accuracy, context, and informed judgment to content and knowledge assets.
What you will do
- Provide knowledgeable support and guidance in a defined subject area or domain.
- Check content, workflows, and deliverables to help ensure they are accurate and meet quality expectations.
- Study market trends, current practices, and updates relevant to the subject area.
- Assist in building, reviewing, and validating training content, documentation, and other knowledge materials.
