About the Internship
Join the energetic team at 'My Equation', a group dedicated to delivering exceptional results through innovation and collaboration. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to enhance and manage the social media presence of 'My Scale', focusing on Instagram and LinkedIn channels. As part of a creative environment, interns will drive content strategy, production, and timely posting while aligning with brand standards and audience interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and expand 'My Scale's Instagram and LinkedIn pages, ensuring uniformity in brand tone and content.
- Manage the complete content creation cycle from scripting to publishing, including crafting scripts, captions, and narratives tuned to the brand's messaging and audience psychology.
- Coordinate effectively with video editors and graphic designers to meet deadlines for creative assets.
- Proactively follow up on deliverables to prevent delays in content execution or scheduling.
- Maintain quality assurance by ensuring content posts occur punctually and meet high standards.
- Be comfortable on camera, actively participating in reels, brand videos, video sales letter advertisements, and storytelling content.
- Contribute innovative content ideas involving formats, hooks, and trends that align with 'My Scale's positioning.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure content strategies reflect current market success.
- Work alongside offline and online event teams to conceptualize, capture, and implement event-related content.
- Transform event experiences into engaging, impactful social media posts.
- Ensure content production stays aligned with brand narrative and audience engagement objectives.
