About the internship
This remote internship is centered on sales, customer coordination, and marketplace support for industrial machinery. The selected candidate will help list high-value CNC machines, respond to customer queries across communication channels, and support operations for both Indian and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Add premium CNC machines to the company’s marketplace for international buyers and sellers.
- Handle customer communication through email and WhatsApp for buyers around the world.
- Provide phone-based support to customers and businesses across India.
- Visit clients or locations in the field when needed.
- Support operations and customer service for one Indian region and one overseas market.
- Coordinate between buyers and sellers to keep communication and transactions running smoothly.
- Keep detailed records of customer conversations, enquiries, and marketplace listings.
Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a work-from-home internship, able to begin between 9 Jul 2026 and 13 Aug 2026, and commit to a 3-month duration. Candidates should have relevant skills and interest in the role. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are encouraged to apply, and freshers may also be considered.
Stipend and incentives
The monthly stipend is ₹2,450 to ₹10,000. The pay structure includes a fixed component of ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per month plus incentive pay of ₹450 to ₹5,000 per month.
