Trackzio is a growing mobile app development studio, about one and a half years old, focusing on AI-powered consumer products in productivity, wellness, health tracking, and niche AI domains. Their portfolio includes hobbyist tools for collectors (such as minerals, coins, insects), habit trackers, self-care apps, baby health monitoring, and more. The team consists of 12 members working together to create impactful zero-to-one applications helping users lead more organized and productive lives.

Internship Overview

This internship as a React Developer involves working on building scalable and modern web applications, utilizing AI technologies including computer vision, AI chat, OCR, and intelligent search. The role requires collaboration with company founders, product managers, designers, and backend engineers, participating in the full product development lifecycle. Interns will gain hands-on experience developing production-ready software in a fast-moving startup context.

Responsibilities

Develop and support web apps using Next.js framework.
Optionally work on mobile app development using React Native.
Create reusable, responsive, and scalable UI components.
Integrate RESTful APIs and coordinate with backend services.
Translate designs from Figma into clean, production-grade user interfaces.
Enhance application performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
Debug and resolve frontend issues effectively.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features.
Engage in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
Contribute to AI-powered product features such as AI chat, image recognition, OCR, and search functions.
Adopt modern software development methodologies including Git workflows, testing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD).

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js.
Good command over JavaScript and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS for UI development.
Ability to integrate REST APIs efficiently.
Knowledge of Git for version control.
Familiarity with Redux or Context API for state management.

Preferred but Not Mandatory

Basic understanding of Firebase.
Exposure to React Native CLI and mobile application development (Android/iOS).
Fundamentals of Node.js and MongoDB.

Candidate Eligibility

Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Bengaluru.
Ability to start internship immediately between July 14, 2026, and August 18, 2026.
Commitment to the 6-month internship duration.
Strong foundational knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for React.js and Next.js.
Prior experience with personal projects, freelance work, internships, or open-source contributions involving these technologies.
Capability to produce clean, maintainable, modular, and scalable code.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.
Aspired to join full-time software engineering roles after internship completion.

Internship and Remuneration

The position offers a monthly stipend range of INR 15,000 to 25,000. Exceptional intern performance may lead to a pre-placement offer with an annual salary up to INR 5,00,000. On becoming a permanent employee, the expected salary range is between INR 4,00,000 and 6,00,000 per year.
