About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in Human Resources, focusing on comprehensive talent acquisition and documentation processes within a leading logistics organization. The intern will engage directly in screening prospective candidates, managing the entire recruitment cycle, and facilitating onboarding and associated paperwork.

Responsibilities

Conduct preliminary screening of candidates to assess suitability for various roles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment procedures, ensuring timely hiring of qualified personnel.
Oversee onboarding activities and maintain accurate documentation related to new hires.

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship.
Available to begin the internship between July 24, 2026, and August 28, 2026.
Must be available for a continuous duration of six months.
Possess relevant skills and a genuine interest in Human Resources functions.

Additional Requirements

Educational background in BMS, MBA HR, or BBA is preferred.
Strong communication abilities are essential.
Basic proficiency with technology tools is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to 15,000.
Participants will receive a certificate upon completion.
Enjoy flexible working hours and a relaxed dress code.
Workweek consists of five days.
