About the Internship

Join Startup GrowW Consulting Services Private Limited as an HR intern and gain practical experience in a vibrant startup setting. You will collaborate closely with our HR team to assist in various human resource activities, fostering your professional growth in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Manage HRIS data to ensure employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
• Help plan and execute HR-related events and initiatives.
• Prepare HR documentation and correspondence to handle administrative tasks.
• Create and update reports and documents using MS Excel and MS Word.
• Employ strong interpersonal communication skills when interacting with employees and external parties.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available full-time on-site for the internship duration.
• Start date should be from July 21, 2026, to August 25, 2026.
• Commitment to a 6-month internship period is required.
• Relevant skills and keen interest in human resources are necessary.

Stipend and Perks

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 3,000 to INR 5,000.
• Certificate of internship completion and a letter of recommendation provided upon completion.
