Role Summary
As a Customer Success Representative intern, you will collaborate closely with the team to help ensure a smooth experience for all customers. The role emphasizes proactive support, relationship building, and data management using internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product-related queries and resolve technical challenges
- Deliver responsive support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Gather and evaluate customer feedback to suggest service and product improvements
- Build strong rapport with clients to boost retention and loyalty
- Manage accurate customer information using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to develop professional skills
Candidate Eligibility
- Available for a full-time, in-office internship
- Can commence the internship between July 16, 2026, and August 20, 2026
- Committed to a six-month internship duration
- Possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for customer success
- Women aiming to start or restart their career and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Internship Details and Perks
- Monthly stipend ranges from ₹22,000 to ₹25,000, including a fixed amount of ₹20,000 and incentives between ₹2,000 and ₹5,000
- Successful interns may receive a formal job offer with an annual salary between ₹360,000 and ₹450,000 upon permanent placement
- Additional benefits include a certificate of internship completion, letter of recommendation, informal dress code, and complimentary snacks and beverages
