About the internship

This internship is for a motivated corporate sales candidate who wants to build a career in sales within a busy, growth-oriented environment. The role involves working with a company focused on HR solutions and supporting business development efforts aimed at corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

Support the creation and execution of sales plans that help increase revenue.
Research and reach out to prospective corporate customers to grow the client portfolio.
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with current clients to help maintain satisfaction.
Work with the sales team on proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential customers.
Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and networking events to help promote the company’s offerings.
Track sales activities and share timely updates and progress reports.
Coordinate with the sales manager to contribute toward targets and overall sales goals.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship. Candidates should be able to begin between 7 July 2026 and 11 August 2026, commit for 6 months, and bring relevant skills and interest in sales.

Stipend and structure

The stipend is INR 20,000 per month. The pay is structured into a fixed component of ₹10,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹10,000 per month.
