About the Internship

Join Recreation Labs, a burgeoning startup known for its brand Funstop Games, an Indian mobile gaming studio recognized for 30+ popular titles and over 100 million global downloads since its founding in 2020. We are developing a cutting-edge consumer platform that revolutionizes the way people discover and shop for the best deals. We believe college students act as trendsetters, innovators, and community leaders. As a College Ambassador, you will serve as a vital link connecting our platform with your campus community while acquiring valuable experience in marketing, branding, event management, and startup growth.

Role Overview

In this role, you will represent our brand within your college environment by raising awareness, fostering student engagement, and growing a vibrant campus community. This part-time internship is tailored for students interested in networking, event planning, content creation, and working closely with startups.

Key Responsibilities

Create and nurture the official campus community for our brand.
Expand the community across communication channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and Discord.
Engage students in active discussions about shopping deals, rewards, and platform updates.
Forge strong connections with student clubs, societies, and influential campus leaders.
Plan and implement campus activities including Deal Hunt Challenges, Referral Competitions, Flash Giveaway Events, Fest Activations, and Product Launch Campaigns.
Promote brand awareness through both online and offline initiatives.
Gather and convey student feedback to enhance the platform’s user experience.
Represent the company at campus events and act as the main contact point for your college community.

Who Can Apply

Individuals available for a remote internship position.
Those able to begin between July 22, 2026, and August 26, 2026.
Candidates committed to a 3-month internship duration.
Applicants with relevant interests and skills for the role.

Skills and Learning Opportunities

This internship will help you develop expertise in growth marketing, community building, startup operations, brand management, digital marketing, event planning and execution, sales, communications, leadership, teamwork, product feedback, and market research.
