Overview
Join Sankar Group as a Business Development intern focused on sales, engaging through telephonic communication to expand wholesale client base. This fully remote internship offers an opportunity to learn sales strategies within a multi-vertical business with a vision for innovation in AI, fintech, clean energy, and real estate.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential leads and customers via telecalling.
- Carry out telesales tasks to promote and market wholesale products effectively.
- Utilize CRM platforms to organize, update, and follow through on lead data.
- Engage with customers to identify their specific needs and preferences.
- Consistently maintain communication and follow-ups with clients to nurture relationships.
- Provide customers with detailed product information and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate new wholesale order generation.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills, confident in phone-based customer interactions.
- Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in Telugu and Hindi, along with a preference for English understanding.
- Keen interest in the sales domain and client relationship management.
- Reside in Hyderabad or comfortable handling clients from Hyderabad region.
- Availability for full-time remote work spanning six months, starting between July 28 and September 1, 2026.
