Workday Financial Systems Analyst / Workday Consultant / Workday Analyst

Job Overview

We are searching for a skilled Workday Financial Systems Analyst to join our team as the main internal expert supporting Workday Financial Management in a post-implementation environment. The focus is on Finance, Procurement, and Inventory Management modules, providing vital business process assistance and resolving user issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary internal contact for daily Workday Financial Management support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and adjust Workday business process configurations based on changing requirements.
• Manage security roles, user provisioning, and access permissions efficiently.
• Handle reporting requests including both standard and ad hoc reports.
• Monitor and support integrations related to Adaptive Planning and Workday modules, identifying and resolving integration errors and data inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with third-party partners such as Mercer and PwC for development support and troubleshooting as needed.
• Partner with Finance and operational teams to identify and implement system improvements and stabilizations post go-live.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting Workday Financial Management after system go-live, especially for Finance, Procurement, and Inventory Management functionalities.
• Proficiency in configuring business processes, security, and reporting within Workday.
• Strong integration monitoring capabilities with a comfort level in troubleshooting using tools such as EIBs and CSV file analysis.
• Ability to engage with vendors and external partners to manage technical challenges effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach towards business stakeholders.
