Role Overview

We are searching for a talented Web Designer/Developer to join our dynamic digital team based at our Essendon Site Support Office. This is a full-time, on-site position working five days a week, offering you the chance to manage and influence our digital presence hands-on. The ideal candidate will blend design creativity with web development expertise to ensure our websites are visually appealing, highly functional, and effectively convert users into gym members, swim school participants, and event attendees.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop UI concepts and layouts, beginning with tools like Figma or AI platforms, and implement them within Webflow.
• Enhance user experience and interface design to streamline user journeys that drive sign-ups and inquiries online.
• Partner with the marketing team to assess website performance and user engagement through Google Analytics and other proprietary analytics tools.
• Integrate contemporary AI-driven tools into daily workflows to improve productivity and design quality.
• Ensure all digital assets maintain brand consistency aligned with BlueFit’s standards using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct routine website maintenance and updates to secure and sustain system functionality.

Candidate Requirements

• A robust portfolio demonstrating live, operational website designs and developments; portfolio links are essential.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and proficiency with design platforms such as Figma and AI design tools.
• Hands-on experience with Webflow, capable of building structured, responsive websites effectively.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles focused on user conversion behavior.
• Analytical ability to interpret Google Analytics data and custom tracking mechanisms.
