Role Overview

This position is a full-time, on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor responsible for managing daily warehouse functions. The supervisor will coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch processes to maintain order and safety within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations including the receipt, storage, and delivery of goods.
• Lead and manage warehouse personnel by assigning duties and monitoring their work performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations throughout the warehouse.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
• Optimize processes related to material handling to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to enable seamless supply chain activities and prompt order completion.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven supervisory expertise in leading teams, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance outcomes.
• Extensive experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Expertise in shipping, receiving, and managing inbound/outbound materials effectively.
• Strong skills in inventory management to ensure accurate tracking and demand forecasting.
• Certified skills in forklift operation and adherence to safety procedures when handling warehouse equipment.
• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations, ideally in supervisory roles.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively onsite in Doha and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer literacy.
• Vocational training or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or similar disciplines preferred. Certifications in warehouse or safety management will be a plus.
