Role Summary

The Warehouse Operator supports the day-to-day movement of products inside the warehouse, including receiving, organizing, storing, and handling goods safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow required procedures and rules while packing and storing goods and materials.
• Prepare and review documentation for incoming and outgoing items, including communication with suppliers when needed.
• Place goods in designated warehouse locations and retrieve them as required.
• Take part in routine inventory counts and stock verification activities.
• Inspect deliveries for any missing or damaged items when they arrive.
• Support stocktakes and other inventory-related tasks.
• Move stock manually or with the use of suitable equipment provided by the site.
• Keep inventory records accurate for goods received and dispatched.
• Help maintain a clean work area and protect products from damage.

Skills and Experience

• Ability to understand simple instructions and follow established procedures.
• Comfortable working as part of a team with limited day-to-day supervision.
• Commitment to producing work of good quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience using loading equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Basic numeracy, reading, and verbal communication skills.
• Good physical stamina for warehouse duties.

Employment Details

This is a long-term, full-time position based onsite in Rydalmere, New South Wales, Australia.
