Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Manage inventory effectively by conducting regular cycle counts and physical verifications to ensure precision in stock levels.
• Update stock records timely and accurately within systems such as SAP and ERP to reflect real-time inventory status.
• Oversee material inward and outward processes, ensuring punctual receipt and dispatch adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Verify incoming materials against delivery challans and invoices, maintaining comprehensive and accurate documentation.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain essential documentation including Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Delivery Challans (DCs), stock reports, and Management Information System (MIS) reports to facilitate audits and operational transparency.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety by implementing the 5S methodology and enforcing safety protocols across the storage facility.
• Coordinate seamlessly with purchase, accounting, projects, and logistics departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely material handling.
• Address and escalate any issues such as discrepancies or delays related to material movement promptly.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations between physical stock and system-recorded stock, performing root cause analysis to resolve any discrepancies.
• Supervise and manage warehouse personnel including assistants and laborers, organizing daily task assignments and shift schedules as necessary.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be graduates holding any degree qualification.
