About the Role

This permanent full-time role offers a competitive salary between $110,000 and $120,000 plus bonus and superannuation benefits. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse functions including receiving, storage, dispatch, and managing inventory control.
• Lead and mentor warehouse personnel, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
• Coordinate logistics and freight for both inbound and outbound processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory through use of ERP and warehouse management systems.
• Implement initiatives for process enhancement and improved operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, quality standards, and company policies.
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage configurations, and workflow for maximum efficiency.
• Work closely with internal departments to support ongoing business expansion.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in warehouse management or leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in logistics, freight coordination, and inventory control.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or equivalent warehouse software.
• Proactive and engaged leadership style combined with effective communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Forklift license is considered advantageous.
• Must possess full Australian working rights.
