Serving both private and public sectors, including golf course upkeep, lawn care, and sports turf management, TSP operates warehouses strategically across British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, and Quebec. The company employs over 15 technical sales representatives in Canada who provide expert consultation and sales solutions involving nutrition, turf chemistry, seed, and specialty products. With a robust presence of more than 80 turf sales reps across Canada and the USA operating out of over 40 branch locations, TSP is headquartered in Santa Fe Springs, California, which also supports forestry services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage routine warehouse operations, such as local delivery, inventory tracking, order processing, and vendor shipment handling.
• Verify, count, and inspect materials and products to ensure accuracy for distribution to customers.
• Execute one or more warehouse functions under facility guidelines, including picking, packing, wrapping, loading, and aiding in customer deliveries.
• Maintain thorough records of inventory, invoicing, and order fulfillment activities.
• Receive and process incoming shipments efficiently.
• Operate warehouse machinery safely, including forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Lift products weighing up to 50 pounds during loading and unloading procedures.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and standards within the warehouse environment.

Desired Qualifications

• Completion of high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Minimum two years’ experience in warehouse operations or customer service roles.
• Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends when required.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position ranges between $20 and $22 per hour.
