Role Overview
This leadership role is centered on federal sales and partnerships in the United States. The position will focus on expanding revenue, building strategic relationships, and driving partner-led opportunities across federal agencies and government system integrators.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of CoreStack’s federal sales and partnership efforts to grow revenue and expand the company’s reach across U.S. federal agencies and government system integrators.
- Create and implement a go-to-market plan that reflects federal compliance needs, procurement processes, and partner-driven sales motions.
- Develop strong relationships with federal stakeholders, contracting officers, and strategic partners to identify, advance, and close major opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, product, legal, and delivery teams to ensure offerings meet federal security, compliance, and operating expectations.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of federal accounts and consistently deliver on bookings and revenue goals.
- Strengthen partnerships with prime contractors, OEMs, and channel partners to expand the federal ecosystem and improve win rates.
- Represent the company in federal forums, conferences, and agency discussions to increase visibility and trust in the public sector.
- Help shape pricing, proposals, and contract approaches in line with FAR requirements and agency-specific procurement needs.
- Share market and customer insights with internal teams to influence product direction, marketing plans, and go-to-market alignment.
- Partner with executive leadership to build repeatable business development processes for long-term federal and public sector expansion.
