About the Role
We are actively recruiting for a reputable international BPO company based in Mohali. The opening is for a Voice Process Executive handling non-voice communication channels including chat and email support. The role focuses entirely on customer service, addressing queries and providing solutions without any sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in customer handling through chat and email platforms.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries efficiently.
- Maintain professional and clear communication with clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be at least a graduate; postgraduates are also welcome.
- Excellent communication skills combined with good computer proficiency.
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
