VMC Machine Operator

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Machine Operator responsible for operating and overseeing the VMC machines to manufacture precision parts according to detailed engineering drawings. The role involves setting up the machinery, loading raw materials, and closely monitoring the production process to ensure quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate VMC machines to fabricate components with high precision as specified in technical drawings.
• Prepare and set up tools required for machining operations.
• Load materials into machines safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products using appropriate measuring tools to verify quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain the machines by performing routine upkeep and troubleshooting minor issues.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Achieve daily production targets consistently while maintaining quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven knowledge and experience in operating VMC machines.
• Ability to interpret engineering and manufacturing drawings accurately.
• Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and measuring instruments.
• Basic machine maintenance skills.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from 25000 to 35000 INR.
