Five Splash Infotech Pvt. Ltd's division, FiveS Digital, is seeking candidates for the position of Virtual Relationship Manager based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role focuses on cross-selling loan products and managing the entire loan sales cycle efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage professional inbound and outbound customer communications.
• Identify customer financial needs and suggest appropriate loan products.
• Promote and cross-sell various banking and financial solutions.
• Generate loan leads and convert them into approved applications.
• Assist customers throughout the loan lifecycle including eligibility checks, documentation, application submission, and loan disbursal.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to increase conversion rates.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to secure repeat clients and referrals.
• Address customer inquiries regarding loan offerings, interest charges, and procedures.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.

Candidate Profile

• Effective communication and persuasive abilities.
• Basic knowledge of banking and loan products is preferred.
• Driven by sales targets with a strong focus on achieving goals.
• Both fresh graduates and those with prior experience are welcome to apply.

Additional Details

• Work Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
• Fixed Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Weekly Off: Sunday.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,500 to ₹17,500.
• Potential earnings up to ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 depending on experience and performance.
