Videographer

Role Overview

The Videographer will play a central role in shaping stories through video. This position involves developing video concepts, handling camera, audio, and lighting direction, and completing post-production editing and delivery for content that clients publish across social platforms. The role requires close coordination with senior leadership, ownership of assigned projects, and the ability to capture activations and productions, sometimes editing footage immediately after shoots.

Work will span multiple departments, including Brand and Entertainment, and may involve travel with little advance notice, as well as weekend work when business needs require it. The ideal candidate brings a collaborative mindset, contributes ideas confidently, and remains open to input from others on the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and carry out production schedules and workflows.
• Adjust quickly to changing requests, creative revisions, and design updates.
• Accept direction well and deliver approved final assets within expected timelines.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, other non-linear editing tools, and production gear to create polished social video content.
• Lead multiple original video projects from concept and pre-production through shooting, editing, and final delivery.
• Develop presentation materials such as storyboards, mood boards, scripts, references, and other production samples.
• Contribute a distinctive creative perspective and editorial approach while seeking new content opportunities and storytelling formats.
• Handle fact-checking, rights/licensing review, research, and consistency checks for video and visual assets.
• Create supporting production materials, including shot lists, interview questions, and when needed, help identify suitable talent.
• Keep daily priorities on track so deliverables are completed on time while working across the wider team environment.
• Support maintenance and servicing of video software and equipment used by the department.
• Ensure media files are properly archived and can be accessed easily when needed.
• Work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and stay motivated across several assignments at once.
• Communicate professionally with teammates, clients, internal departments, and senior executives.
• Stay current on emerging trends in video, digital media, and creative production tools.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and mobile editing tools such as Splice and InShot, along with related plugins.
• Technical ability to turn abstract ideas into practical, high-quality deliverables through collaboration and troubleshooting.
• Proven ownership of creative projects from start to finish.
• Portfolio links, demo reels, or other work samples that demonstrate relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of video post-production, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and related tools.
• Ability to guide and influence large groups in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
• Skill in building narratives, capturing key moments, and shaping strong final edits.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and time-management capabilities.
• Strong writing ability and comfort using Google or Microsoft Docs and Sheets.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines while juggling multiple projects at once.
• Hands-on experience with video and audio production in digital environments.
• Experience collaborating with editors, designers, account managers, and clients to build efficient workflows.
• Availability for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes with limited notice; having a valid passport is encouraged.

Additional Information

This role may require immediate or same-day editing after production capture. The position also involves coordination across the business and the ability to contribute to collaborative creative discussions while remaining receptive to feedback.

Flexible scheduling is expected, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays. Significant travel may be required, sometimes with very little notice.
