Role Overview

This full-time position requires an on-site Video Editor based in Bhopal who will be responsible for transforming raw video footage from architectural projects, site documentation, and presentation materials into compelling and polished video content. Daily duties include organizing clips, performing edits, applying color corrections, integrating motion graphics and titles, and adding appropriate audio elements, all serving to strengthen the firm's brand narrative and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and edit video recordings from design projects and site visits into clear, engaging presentations.
• Apply consistent color grading to maintain a uniform and appealing visual tone.
• Create and incorporate motion graphics such as titles, lower thirds, and transitions to enhance video storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with architects and marketing personnel to understand project stories and objectives for video content.
• Produce videos suited for social media platforms, project presentations, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain management and organization of media assets, optimizing content formats for varied delivery channels.
• Continuously update production techniques and industry practices to ensure high-quality video outputs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in video production and editing workflows that combine raw footage into coherent narrative videos.
• Strong skills in video color correction and grading to preserve quality and mood consistency.
• Experience with motion graphics creation and graphic integration tailored to architectural themes.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing and visual effects software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalents.
• Good visual storytelling abilities, with keen attention to detail and the capacity to translate architectural concepts into compelling visual stories.
• Effective time management to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines within a studio environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, welcoming feedback for iterative refinement.
• Educational background in Film, Media, Design, or related fields with a portfolio or prior work samples demonstrating video and motion graphics expertise.
