About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Video Editing Expert to join our team on a contractual basis, working remotely from India. The position involves 10 to 40 hours per week commitment, offering a competitive pay range of $15 to $40 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and enhance interview footage focusing on video editing and post-production techniques.
• Critically assess the technical quality, storytelling elements, and creative decisions within video projects.
• Offer comprehensive feedback on narrative flow, pacing, and editing choices to elevate overall content.
• Review AI-generated interview content to verify authenticity and improve clarity.
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams to improve the precision of training datasets and evaluation methods.
• Ensure professional standards in audio sync, color adjustment, and motion graphic implementation are met.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least one year of professional experience in video editing.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro software.
• Deep understanding of storytelling elements including narrative structure, cutting techniques, and timing.
• Experience in audio editing and synchronization to ensure sound quality.
• Good knowledge of color correction, grading, and basic motion graphics.
