Vice President

Overview

We are looking for a Vice President to play a pivotal role in supporting investment execution and overseeing portfolio management throughout our platform. This position is integral to the deal-making process, team oversight, and driving value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading deal processes from initial sourcing to closing stages.
• Creating comprehensive financial models and managing due diligence efforts.
• Assisting portfolio companies in strategy formulation and enhancing operational performance.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with intermediaries and management teams.
• Supervising, guiding, and mentoring Associates and Analysts within the team.

Qualifications

• Possesses 5 to 8 or more years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or related financial sectors.
• Exhibits advanced expertise in financial modeling and transaction management.
• Demonstrated capability in handling deal execution and leading junior staff effectively.
• Holds a Bachelor's degree; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
