Vice President, Revenue & Guest Experience

Overview

Our client, a well-established multinational corporation in the hospitality sector, is entering its next growth phase and looking for a Vice President to lead Revenue and Guest Experience functions. This executive role will focus on improving commercial results across retail, licensed product development, and food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive commercial strategies and oversee operational success for retail merchandising and food & beverage businesses.
• Create and implement merchandise plans encompassing product innovation, category management, assortment optimization, and timely seasonal launches.
• Manage end-to-end projects in collaboration with brand and content partners, ensuring schedule adherence and meeting commercial goals.
• Supervise merchandising planning and retail operations to maximize sales, profitability, and efficiency.
• Lead diverse cross-functional teams, controlling budgets, profit and loss accounts, and overall business performance.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years in leadership roles within retail, hospitality, attractions, or entertainment industries.
• Proven expertise in merchandise planning, product development, and managing partnerships/ licensed product collaborations.
• Thorough knowledge of food & beverage operations, including category management, product life-cycle oversight, and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience managing large multi-disciplinary teams with excellent stakeholder communication and a track record of delivering outcomes in dynamic environments.
