Vice President Operations

Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Vice President of Operations to lead comprehensive manufacturing operations within a large molecule Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) located in the Greater Boston area. This senior leadership role reports directly to the General Manager and involves overseeing all facets of manufacturing operations, including execution, process enhancement, team management, and interdepartmental coordination.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess substantial leadership experience in regulated settings, ideally within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, CDMOs, or advanced manufacturing sectors. Expertise in biologics is particularly desired to support specialized operational demands.
