Job description
About the Role
The National Land Agency is seeking qualified individuals to join the Land Valuation Division as Valuers at Level 5. Vacancies are available across several regions including North East (Kingston), South (Mandeville), South East (Kingston), and West (Montego Bay).
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will assist in maintaining the Valuation Roll and conduct property valuations as required by various ministries, departments, and agencies. The role involves reporting directly to the Senior Valuation Surveyor.
Qualifications Required
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Management and Valuation or an equivalent qualification where valuation forms a core part of the curriculum.
