UX/UI Designer

About the Role

At Creatif Studio, the UX/UI Designer plays a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and captivating user experiences for digital products. This position involves collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design solutions that satisfy both user requirements and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire design cycle, ranging from research and conceptualization to high-fidelity prototyping.
• Perform user research and usability tests to guide design decisions.
• Develop comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency and speed up development.
• Work closely with developers to guarantee precise implementation according to design specifications.
• Effectively present design ideas and the reasoning behind them to clients and stakeholders.
• Keep updated on the latest UX/UI trends while emphasizing fundamental usability principles.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in UX/UI design.
• A robust portfolio that showcases design methodology and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in design software like Figma or Sketch.
• Experience managing design systems and component libraries.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design strategies and methods.
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Capability to provide and accept constructive feedback.
