Role Overview
This position is for a User Acquisition Manager focused on performance marketing. The role is centered on growing and retaining users through multiple acquisition channels such as paid advertising, affiliate partnerships, influencer-led campaigns, and organic growth tactics. Success in this role will involve using data-led decision-making to improve marketing efficiency, reduce acquisition costs, and support growth targets.
The role is fully onsite at the Lisbon office. You will work closely with colleagues in person across functions, and relocation support may be available.
Responsibilities
- Design and run user acquisition plans across several channels, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, influencer campaigns, and referral initiatives.
- Create, manage, and improve ad campaigns to maximize return on investment while handling budgets, bidding, and audience targeting.
- Measure important performance indicators such as CPI, CPA, and LTV through analytics and attribution platforms, then share practical insights with internal stakeholders.
- Test new channels, ad creatives, and messaging approaches on an ongoing basis to uncover opportunities for growth and better results.
- Partner with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to align acquisition work with launches, feature updates, and seasonal marketing activity.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar discipline is required.
- At least 4 years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing is expected.
- Hands-on familiarity with advertising platforms such as Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads is needed, along with experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adjust, and Amplitude.
- Experience with A/B testing methods is important for this role.
- Strong analytical thinking, planning ability, and communication skills are essential.
