Goldenlay Agri Ltd stands as Zambia's premier producer, supplier, and distributor of table eggs, recognized prominently among retailers and consumers nationwide. The company is inviting qualified applicants to join their team as Truck Drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after each trip to ensure safety and functionality.
• Maintain daily entries in the driver defect book documenting vehicle issues.
• Submit detailed reports on vehicle status and any defects.
• Assist with loading and unloading cargo when required to support operational efficiency.
• Secure and manage all necessary truck and cargo documentation, ensuring proof of delivery is obtained with customer signatures.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and driving regulations to ensure timely and safe transportation of cargo.
• Position the truck appropriately during loading and unloading, collaborating closely with the relevant crew members.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid Class C, C1, or CE driving license specific to trucks.
• Age between 25 and 30 years.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience.
• Clear and verifiable professional references.
• Academic qualification of at least Grade Nine certificate.
• Proven defensive driving skills.
• Recent eye examination results.
• Valid police clearance certificate.
• Fingerprint records as required.
• Integrity and honesty in professional duties.
• Effective verbal and written communication capabilities.
