Role Overview

As a Travel Consultant, you will be based in Lekki, managing all aspects of travel arrangements for clients. You will organize booking processes, craft detailed itineraries, and respond to customer preferences and needs throughout the travel planning lifecycle. The position demands a keen eye for detail, the ability to juggle multiple requests, and the readiness to resolve any travel planning challenges promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients in organizing comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and related services.
• Handle the entire booking and reservation process efficiently.
• Develop, tailor, and maintain travel schedules to match clients' expectations and preferences.
• Address and resolve clients’ concerns or issues that arise during travel planning or bookings.
• Deliver premium customer service to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven background in travel consulting or a closely related field.
• Experience with managing travel arrangements, reservations, and bookings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to interact effectively with clients.
• Outstanding time management and multitasking abilities, particularly under pressure.
• Knowledge of local and international travel regulations is considered an asset.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or a similar area is preferred.
