Role Overview
We invite applications for a Title Specialist to join the Residential Conveyancing team. This position suits those with extensive property law expertise and conveyancing experience, offering the chance to be part of a team renowned for excellent client service.
Key Duties
- Conducting thorough title checks.
- Preparing contracts along with all necessary supporting documentation.
- Communicating effectively with clients, their agents, borrowers, buyers' solicitors, internal teams, and external parties.
- Resolving post-completion issues efficiently.
- Providing detailed reports on titles, managing transaction settlements, and updating clients regularly.
- Handling matters both before and after exchanges.
- Managing the conveyancing process promptly and accurately while complying with legal standards.
- Ensuring that all files and documentation remain current and complete.
- Upholding confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions and handling of sensitive information.
- Consulting the Head of Department regarding complex or unusual transaction difficulties.
- Performing any additional reasonable tasks as assigned.
