Job Overview

Praveen Scientific Corp is seeking a skilled Tender Executive to manage comprehensive tender processes primarily through the GEM portal, including preparation, documentation, and submission both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

• Expertly navigate and operate the complete GEM portal for tender-related activities.
• Prepare and manage L1 links with precision ensuring correctness and compliance.
• Conduct thorough tender searches to identify suitable opportunities.
• Fill and submit tenders under the CPP (Central Public Procurement) portal accurately.
• Handle GEM tender filling effectively, ensuring all criteria are met.
• Manage the entire tender process, including documentation, both online and offline, to guarantee successful completion.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience and proficiency in using the GEM portal for tender management.
• In-depth knowledge of creating and managing L1 links for tenders.
• Familiarity with CPP portal tender filing process.
• Ability to conduct detailed tender searches and manage submission workflows.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation for tenders.

Additional Information

Monthly remuneration ranges from 12,000 to 16,000 INR.
