Telesales Representative

Job Overview

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients to market the company's range of products and services effectively. Your role involves clearly communicating product details, pricing structures, current deals, and special schemes to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to both prospective and current customers to promote products and services.
• Explain the benefits, features, pricing details, and available offers of the products to customers.
• Assess customer needs to suggest the most appropriate products or services.
• Generate sales leads and actively convert them into successful sales engagements.
• Meet or exceed the sales targets set on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Maintain follow-ups with prospects to finalize pending sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints with professionalism.
• Keep customers informed about new product launches, current promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from 10,000 to 25,000 INR.
