About the Company and Position

Guru Aanklan Academy is recruiting for the role of Telesales Executive to promote their educational courses including NEET, JEE Main, and Board Exam preparations. The position is based in Bhandup, Mumbai with working hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential students and their parents from a provided list to explain course options for NEET, JEE Main, and Board Exams.
• Advise students on various courses, fee details, and scheduling of batches.
• Maintain consistent contact with prospective leads to convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for outbound calls and student admissions.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date call logs in the organization's database.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of local languages is advantageous.
• Experience in telesales, outbound calling, or sales within the ed-tech or coaching sector is preferred; however, freshers with strong persuasion abilities are welcome to apply.
• Basic familiarity with competitive exams such as NEET and JEE is required.
• A strong goal-oriented approach with conviction to meet targets.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive fixed monthly salary ranging between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000 plus uncapped performance-based incentives.
