Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to become an integral part of our expanding real estate sales team in Bhubaneswar, Orissa. This position is the initial point of contact for potential property buyers, focusing not merely on selling but on building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and arranging site visits with our field sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to warm leads obtained through digital marketing efforts and real estate portals; no cold calling from unsolicited sources.
• Engage with prospects to assess their budget, preferred locations, and property intentions, whether for investment or personal use.
• Effectively present the unique benefits of our residential and commercial real estate offerings.
• Successfully secure appointments for property viewings, virtual tours, or personal meetings with our sales experts.
• Accurately update and maintain all communication and sales data within the CRM system.
• Implement a consistent and respectful follow-up strategy with prospects to maintain interest and aid conversion.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 10,000 and 20,000 INR.
