Telesales Executive

About the Role

Athens Life Sciences seeks a driven and skilled professional to oversee operations related to third-party manufacturing. This position requires an understanding of pharmaceutical business workflows, effective client interaction, and thorough management of documentation pertaining to PCD and third-party manufacturing processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Responding to and managing inquiries related to third-party manufacturing.
• Liaising with clients and suppliers for providing quotations, coordinating sample exchanges, and managing production schedules.
• Keeping accurate records and ensuring prompt follow-ups to maintain process flow.
• Managing order processing, preparing and handling necessary documents, and coordinating dispatch activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess at least 1 to 2 years of experience in the third-party manufacturing domain.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and ability to coordinate among various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical formulations and documentation procedures will be a beneficial asset.

Compensation

The monthly salary offered ranges between 20,000 and 42,000 INR.
