Telesales Executive

About the Role

TCI PRODUCT is seeking a self-assured and motivated Telecalling & Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The selected candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating sales leads, responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, and fostering robust customer relationships within the industrial cleaning equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to present products and solutions.
• Respond to inquiries received through platforms such as IndiaMART, the company website, WhatsApp, and others.
• Provide clear explanations of TCI PRODUCT's industrial cleaning machines and solutions to prospective clients.
• Identify qualified leads and work towards converting these into actual sales.
• Prepare and dispatch quotations tailored to customer requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and compile daily call reports.
• Collaborate effectively with both sales and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales and lead generation objectives.
