Role Overview

As a Contact Center Sales Champion at Treebo, you will play a vital role in redefining inbound sales. Your primary interaction will be with guests and business partners via phone calls, serving as the key point of contact to strengthen inbound sales activities. You will be responsible for planning and implementing daily and monthly sales goals and relaying customer feedback to relevant departments.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in tele-sales or inbound sales.
• Strong passion for engaging with new customers over the phone.
• Fluency in Hindi and English with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about startup culture and understanding of what it takes to thrive in a fast-paced, young environment.
• Proficiency with Google Apps and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a rotational shift pattern within a 6-day workweek.
