Telesales Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Telesales Executives to join our dynamic team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidates will engage potential customers via phone to promote and sell company products and services, utilizing effective communication and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and market our offerings.
• Understand customer needs to convert leads successfully into sales by providing customized solutions.
• Perform timely follow-up calls to nurture sales opportunities and close deals.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of communications, sales progress, and customer interactions within the CRM platform.
• Achieve and surpass established sales targets and key performance indicators on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Collaborate with team members to exchange insights and refine sales approaches for enhanced effectiveness.
